Easy Returns
Too good to return, but still done easily!
We are absolutely sure that you will fall in love with the product that we deliver and never want to return it. But, if you do, we have it all sorted and made easy for you.
Gemsocean has a very easy Return Policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an order, you can apply for return within 15 days of receiving the order. The Product must be in the same condition as received, unaltered in any way. The original packaging received must be kept intact.
Refunds for the returned products are processed once the returned item is received, checked and accepted. The refund is applied to the original form of payment and may take 5-7 business days after the product is received. You will be notified for the refund on the e-mail address you shared with us. There may be some additional processing time required by your bank to complete the refund transaction.
